Bulit in the mid 80's, MN cab car 6101 heads down to Grand Central Termanial. 6101 is a Shore Liner I series car. These cars can be found on any of Metro Norths lines, including the New Haven line. The Shore Liners are the back bone to Metro North RR. The Shore Liners serve as push pull cars as you can see here. The locomotive is on the north end, and the cab car is on the south end.
